Public safety at our event is priority and we have several security measures in place which we continue to review to ensure you have the safest, most enjoyable experience whilst visiting our venue. We encourage those attending any of our events to remain vigilant and to report any suspicious activity to our security staff or police.

Bodfest has a strict drugs and alcohol policy which does not allow either to be brought into the venue. Anyone found trying or doing so will be excluded from the event and maybe reported to police. If you are fortunate enough to not look 21 you will be asked to prove your age with photo I.D. or will be refused a wristband which allows the purchase of alcohol at the event.

All minors must be accompanied by an adult, and this is identified as either a relative, career or family friend. They should also be a limit to how many any one person can escort in and if either security or the committee think it’s being abused then entry will be denied and wristband removed from any offender.

Bag searching is one component of our available security measures. All visitors will be subject to random body searches as well as bag searches. Anyone leaving and returning prior to 9pm will be subject to another search.

It is a condition of our venue licence that certain items are not allowed into the venue in the interests of health and safety. These items include but are not limited to: Glass Bottles; Cans; Flasks; Cool boxes; Large flags / Banners; weapons of any sort, smoke grenades, flares and fireworks. all such items will be confiscated on arrival. This may delay your access into and exit from the venue. You are welcome to bring your own picnic.

No drink purchased outside of Bodfest will be allowed to be taken into the venue. Should you wish to bring drink with you due to medical requirements please contact us prior your to arrival. You should also check our confiscation list for prohibited items
(e.g. glass bottles, cans etc.) before your visit.

No dogs allowed unless they are assistance dogs.

No entry/re-entry will be allowed to the venue after 9pm. This will include anyone who was in the venue prior to 9pm and has left to return later.

Anyone found without a Bodfest issued wristband will be asked to leave the venue and will not be allowed to return.

In the interest of public safety and with respect of Bodicote Welfare rules no dogs will be allowed at the venue. Assistance Dogs are welcome at our venue; however we do recommend consideration for loud music and crowds is taken prior to arrival at the venue.

The Bodfest Committee are committed to giving all our visitors the best and safest experience that we can and will continue to ensure this throughout the day and night.
