This was carefully considered. The cost of putting on an event like BodFest has increased year on year and due to the costs we had to make the decision to charge an entry fee for all.

There is no limit so put the date in You diaries, invite your friends and grab your tickets now.

The price has been discussed at length as a committee and we have taken external advice on costings. The cost of putting on BodFest has increased year on year and all information was considered before formulating this years pricing structure. BodFest is run as a Non Profit organisation.

BodFest’22 will again take place in Kingsfield Bodicote this year, where it all began 22 years ago. You may know this a the Village Hall field or the fireworks field

We will be accepting both forms of payment this year.

This year BodFest’22 is working towards using eco-cups. These will be given away free of charge to adult ticket holders whilst stocks last. The cups are fully washable and re-usable.

Putting on an event the size of BodFest is expensive so first and foremost we have to pay our bills! We use money raised to support local causes and to re-invest into future events. Anyone is welcome to attend committee meetings and to see how we operate.

In line with other local festivals and events tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is cancelled by the organising committee.

Yes – free parking available at CDC offices on White Post Road.

Yes and it is fab even if we do saybso ourselves. We are doing targeted deliveries plus they are available from all the usual outlets and a digital version is available online.

Yes we work with a leading event security company and we also have a first aid tent on site.

The committee is made up of just a small number of volunteers who all work. We endeavour to check and reply to messages as soon as possible.

The principal behind advanced sales is to enable us to speed up the entry process to the Festival site and to aid us with planning numbers attending which helps us plan security etc.

Yes please!!! We are looking for volunteers for the day of Bodfest and also on the Sunday to help clear the site. Just drop us a message. Thank you.

Gates will open around 11.30 ahead of the first live act on the stage at 12.00. We have a strict curfew of 23.00. Last admissions are 21.00 and this includes re-admissions.

Sorry this will not be possible due to our licensing. Additional bars have been sourced this year and are being run by an events specialist.

You can bring your own soft drinks to the event as long as they are in an original sealed plastic bottle. No glass or cans will be allowed onto the site.

You can bring your own food however no hard cool boxes will be allowed in line with security guidelines.

Taking onboard previous feedback BodFest is using an event specialist to run the food Traders operation at BodFest’22 to ensure a good mix of food styles is available.

Yes – you can – however they will be subject to searches at the point of entry. We would politely ask that if bringing a gazebo that you consider others view when putting up.

Unlike some events toilets are free to use at BodFest.

No dogs allowed unless they are assistance dogs

You will be issued with a wristband on entry to BodFest’22 – you may leave and return however there will be no admission or re-admission after 21.00

These will be published to our social media sites and on this website in advance of the event after we have taken further advice from our security company, our events specialist and any guidance from the police and local authorities.

Bodicote village festival for everyone to enjoy. First set up in 2000 and continues to be run by a small group of committee members on a voluntary basis. Please support the event held on Kingsfield and those running it for everyones enjoyment.
